1. Return Policy
At Vinay Vastralaya, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, color preferences, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
- Condition of Items: The items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. Items showing signs of wear, including stains, odors, or any alterations, are not eligible for return.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
- Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale.
- Special Orders: Customized or special-order items, including personalized products.
- Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, including lingerie and swimwear, cannot be returned.
1.2. Initiating a Return

- Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, tags, labels, and documentation. Ensure the item is properly protected to avoid damage during transit.
- Pickup Arrangement: After product verification, we will arrange for pickup from your provided address. Please ensure the item is ready for pickup on the scheduled date.
- Affix Return Label: Use the return label provided by our customer service team. If no return label is provided, please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
1.3. Refund Processing
- Inspection: We will verify that the item meets our return criteria, including checking for signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs and return shipping fees. For non-error returns, a flat fee of INR 60 will be charged for handling and administrative costs.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Once processed, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your payment statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and the refund issued.
1.4. Exchanges
- Return the Original Item: Follow the return process outlined above. Indicate your desire to exchange and specify the replacement item (size, color, or style).
- Place a New Order: Since exchanges are subject to availability, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item as soon as possible. Shipping costs for the new order will apply.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs in the case of an exchange. Shipping costs for the new item will be charged separately.

- Assessment: We will review your claim and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund. Instructions on returning the item will be provided.

- Return Shipping Costs: Vinay Vastralya will provide a return label and cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. Use the return label provided to send the item back.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

- Clearance Items: Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as clearance.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
- Special Orders: Custom-made or special-order items.
3.2. Personalized Items
- Policy: Personalized or customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including items with custom embroidery, engraving, or other personalizations.
